Terms of use

These terms govern the relationship between greeneyeapp (İstanbul, Türkiye) and the person or organization using AILens. By creating an account you accept these terms.

AILens audits websites, measures and reports how visible brands are in AI answers. Every score and result we provide is a measurement; it is not a promise of higher rankings, crawling or appearing in AI answers.

AI answers depend on the providers and can change every time. When an engine does not answer, that measurement shows as "Could not measure".

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password private. On agency plans, two-step verification is required for the account owner.

If you notice an unauthorized action in your account, write to us right away.

Only add sites you own or are authorized to audit. You may not use the service to attack other systems, overload them, carry malicious content or for unlawful purposes.

We may warn or, if needed, suspend accounts that break these rules without prior notice.

Prices are in TRY and include VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the chosen period; if you cancel, you keep using the service until the period ends.

Included plan credits renew every month and unused credits do not carry over. Add-on credit packs never expire; a completely unused pack is refunded within 14 days.

If a payment fails we give you a grace period; after it ends the account is suspended and your data stays readable.

The data you add and your reports belong to you. We process agency clients' data on the agency's behalf under the Data Processing Agreement.

The AILens software, control catalog and interface belong to us. You may use reports freely for your own work and your clients.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages; our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

You can delete your account from settings at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of to be added before launch have jurisdiction. In consumer transactions your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.

This score is a measurement. It is not a promise of higher rankings, crawling, or appearing in AI answers. Checks we couldn't measure are left out of the score.

We only scan public pages. Pages behind a login, personalized results, and location-specific answers are out of scope. llms.txt and "AI-specific schema" don't add points.
