Start with one question

Open the meeting with "Does your brand come up in the questions your customers ask AI?" and show the answer with a real example.

Explain the scores later; seeing their own question and their own brand says more to the client first.

Give the number with its sample

Instead of "visibility is 62", add the context: "40 questions, 3 engines, the last two weeks". Clients trust a number more when they know where it comes from.

Explain the readiness score and the visibility score separately; one measures the site, the other the place in answers.

Do not promise, give a plan

You cannot promise "with this work you will be first on ChatGPT". Explain which obstacles you will remove and how you will measure the effect instead.

Present estimated impact as an estimate; the real result shows in the next measurement.

Compare with competitors, without overstating

Share of voice and citations help the client understand why competitors are ahead. Go through which sites are cited together.

The comparison depends on the tracked competitor list, so agree on the list with the client.

Make the next step clear

End the report with three priority actions and the date of the next measurement. The client should know what changes and when.

Use the portal or a share link so the client can open the report in their own time.
